The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS), led by Republican John Roberts and supported by the five other partisan Republican Supreme Court justices, has betrayed all Americans for Trump’s obsession with securing absolute power. It is the Supreme Betrayal Of America.
The November 4, 2024, Election was to elect the next President of the United States. There was no box to check indicating that the voter had to choose between a president and a king.
Text Of The Oaths For SCOTUS
Supreme Court Justices have a lifetime appointment, but Congress has the authority to impeach and remove them.
The United States Supreme Court Justices are required to take two oaths before they may execute the duties of their appointed office.
The Constitutional Oath Article VI
“The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution, but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.”
The Judicial Oath 28 U.S.C. 453
“I do solemnly swear (affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.”
Violation Of Oath Of Office
Federal Criminal Penalty 18 U.S.C. 1918:
“Whoever violated the provisions of section 7311 of title 5 that an individual may not accept or hold a position in the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia if he (1) advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government [and] shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year and a day or both.”
Federal criminal law is explicit and direct about the violation of the oath of office by federal officials, including all members of Congress. The law requires the removal of the office holder, as well as a prison term or fine for the offender.
The other three justices who are Democrats continue to honor the rule of law and the U.S. Constitution. Although I have been critical of both political parties in my Betrayal Of America series, Democrats are the only party honoring the Constitution and their oaths, doing their jobs, and working on behalf of all Americans.
The Pledge
I remember placing my hand over my heart at the beginning of each day in elementary school and saying: “I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”
I felt safe, proud, and a sense of belonging. Since Trump’s first presidency and over the last ten years, childhood memories filled with hope have been rapidly disappearing under the Trump regime, affecting both current and future generations of Americans.
Now, each day in America begins with endless news coverage of violent acts by Trump’s ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), against people who are protesting peacefully, cruelty to parents and their children, chaos, abuse of power, violation of his oath, scandals, revenge on his political opponents or anyone who brings the truth forward about him, mass shootings, and corruption with no accountability in sight by Trump and other politicians who also took oaths to protect the Constitution and all American citizens.
Definition Of A Traitor
Supreme Court Immunity Ruling
The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) has the ultimate authority involving the Constitution, laws, or treaties of the United States. The Supreme Court is mostly an appellate body, meaning that it reviews and potentially changes the decisions of lower courts.
On July 1, 2024, the court wrote: “Under our constitutional structure of separated powers, the nature of Presidential power entitles a former President to absolute immunity from criminal actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority. And he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official acts. There is no immunity for unofficial acts.”
This decision fell along partisan lines, with the six conservative justices voting in the majority and the three liberal justices dissenting.
This ruling allowed the many lawsuits against Trump, which tried to bring the truth about his corruption to light, to be delayed until after the 2024 election.
Democrat Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor said:

Seven out of ten Americans think the Supreme Court operates based on ideology, rather than being fair and without personal bias.
The Supreme Court is stacked and packed with Republican Supreme Court Justices, and it is in the process of overturning the civil rights and legal precedents that Americans want, need, fought for, and rely on.
Chief Justice John Roberts was a Reagan Revolutionary, charming and persuasive, just like Ronnie. Many Republicans look for “charisma” in a candidate instead of competence and compassion.
Ronald Reagan, with his “trickle-down economics,” was the beginning of the right-wing movement. Reagan was a Hollywood celebrity president, just like Celebrity Apprentice Trump.
Unfortunately for America, John Roberts and other members of the Supreme Court do not recuse themselves from hearing cases when they should. They sidestep Ethics Rules, conflicts of interest, and disclosures. As the highest court in the land, it has no relationship or accountability to the American people because its members are appointed, not elected.
Lisa Graves, author of Without Precedent wrote: “Roberts knocked down the central pillar of America which is basically founded on NO KINGS and not allowing a president to rule our country as a king.
The Constitution states in two places that the job of the President, the leader of the Executive Branch, is to faithfully execute the law.
John Roberts moved heaven and earth to block Colorado from keeping Trump off the 2024 ballot. The 14th Amendment of the Constitution barred him because he led the January 6 insurrection at our Capitol.” Many other states would have followed to keep Trump off of their 2024 ballots if the Republican Supreme Court justices had honored their oaths to the Constitution and the American people.
Supreme Court Shadow Docket
Public opinion and constitutional legal scholars have criticized the Supreme Court’s recent use of the Shadow Docket.
Supreme Court cases take one of two tracks: the Merits Docket or the Shadow Docket.
The Merits Docket cases require briefs and oral arguments regarding a case. Then it issues a decision with a lengthy opinion explaining the reasoning behind it and the legal bases used.
The Shadow Docket was previously used to rule on procedural matters such as scheduling and issuing injunctions.
On the Shadow Docket, cases typically do not receive extensive briefing or a hearing. The decisions have little to no explanation and lack clarity on which justices are in the majority or in the minority.
Under John Roberts, Trump’s administration policies, without any analysis, are being allowed to move forward without explanation, even after lower courts issue preliminary rulings indicating the policies were illegal or unconstitutional.
Supreme Court And Political Corruption
The Definition Of Political Corruption:
Political corruption is the misuse of power for personal gain. While corruption often involves government officials, this definition can be extended to others in positions of authority. Forms of corruption vary widely, but include bribery, extortion, nepotism, sextortion, patronage, influence peddling, grift, and embezzlement.
John Roberts and Donald Trump are the same. They both believe they are above the Constitution, the rule of law, and will never be held accountable for their actions.
Even though John Roberts wrote the ruling regarding presidential immunity, he did not sign it for some reason. How self-serving and unconstitutional is that?
According to MoveOn: “What these judges were put there to do and what we’ve seen them do is not just advance the substantive agenda of these billionaires and religious extremists but also clamp down on the levers of democracy.
We know the extent of gifts Supreme Court justices received from wealthy political donors. Justice Alito has received luxurious resort vacations from GOP donors, while Justice Thomas has accepted gifts and vacations worth more than $4 million over his career.”
Educate Yourself
Wait for it! The corruption began in the 1970s with the oil and gas (fossil fuel) interests and corporate billionaires. This is the dark money used with a patriotic name “Citizens United” to buy politicians and elections.
And what president was in office in 1970? Richard “I Am Not A Crook” Nixon. He was a Republican who was found guilty of being a crook in the Watergate scandal and removed from office.
That wealthy group of people realized that the courts could be a powerful path for their corporate agenda.
The minute the Republicans have power, they always act the same way. Millions for me; a trickle for thee. What’s mine is mine, and what’s yours is also mine and our struggling, secretive, and billionaire friends.
It could not be clearer who Trump, the Republican Supreme Court Justices, and the Republican Party support: Billionaires. That’s why millions of Americans might soon lose their food security and health insurance because of the Big Ugly Bill passed by the Republicans.
Even though Americans are taxed to death, the Republicans don’t think taxpayers deserve a livable wage, food on the table, affordable housing, or good health care, so they can keep on working.
Thank God the Democrats are united and standing firm, not only to save the Affordable Care Act (ACA) for all Americans but also to advocate for our civil liberties, otherwise known as freedom.
The polls are showing that the majority of Americans believe the Republicans are responsible for the shutdown. They are afraid to show up for work in the House of Representatives or even hold a town hall meeting with their constituents.
Combine foreign and domestic billionaires with the religious right movement against Democrats, abortion, gay marriage, and trans athletes, and Mission Accomplished. Within a couple of months of Trump’s second term, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in June 2022, taking away the right for women to have control over their own bodies.
That was first on their list. Next is to get rid of free and fair elections by gerrymandering and making it as hard as possible for people to vote by eliminating mail-in ballots.
Along with the help of Trump, the current Supreme Court, and Project 2025, the civil rights of every American who is not a White Nationalist Evangelical Christian Supremist will be taken away. All minority groups and the most vulnerable are their targets.
Nobel Peace Prize Loser
Where is the professional investigative journalism on Fox News? The richly rewarded mouthpieces for Trump present their personal opinions as truths and constantly lie about the Democrats in order to shield Trump’s cognitive decline and corruption.
Fox can spin anything and has gotten away with blaming the “radical left lunatics” for years for what Trump and the Republicans are responsible for.
Here is one example: Remember how the Republican Party disowned Senator John McCain for being the deciding vote to pass the Affordable Care Act? Since then, Trump and the Republicans have spent 13 years trying to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. Where is their much better plan? I hate to break the news to you, but the Republicans never had a plan. Once again, Americans were lied to, not by Democrats but by Republicans.
Here is another example: Remember Trump’s promise to release the Jeffrey Epstein Files? Or how about Trump shielding convicted sex predators like Ghislaine Maxwell by moving her to a country club “jail”? Nothing screams GUILTY louder than trying to keep the truth from being in full view.
Mike Johnson, Speaker of the House, is afraid to call the House back into session because he would have to swear in Adelita Grijalva. She is the recently elected Democrat for Arizona’s 7th Congressional District, and her vote greatly improves the chances of finally forcing the Justice Department to release the Epstein files.
The Republicans would rather protect pedophiles than show up for the American people, honor their oaths, and do their jobs.
Those who have nothing to hide, hide nothing.
The Lifetime Political Corruption Award

What is not taken care of falls apart.
The protective masks are off Donald Trump, the Supreme Court, and the Republican Party. Collectively, they have shown Americans and the world all the loopholes in our current laws and justice system that should have been bulletproof.
Every legal weakness that stands in the way of accountability must immediately be addressed.
Money and power matter more to all of them than serving American citizens.
Money is always the root of every evil.
The truth is the rule of law and the Constitution still matter. Evidence still matters. Courts still demand proof. Judges are refusing to play along. The courts are finally ruling against Trump. The polls show him sinking. Generals are staring him down with disgust. The empire of lies is cracking, and the fraud is being exposed.
Trump, aided by Fox News and self-serving politicians, can bend the system, but they cannot rewrite reality and the truth, nor can reality and the truth be erased.
The American people deserve honest and compassionate leaders who are held accountable if they break their oath to the Constitution and violate any laws.
The complete lack of accountability that began in his first term as president is why his abuse of power is out of control in his second term.

A Law Of History
In my lifetime, I hoped to see a woman elected as President of the United States. Women instinctively know how to solve problems because they prioritize their children and family over their ego.
I carefully watched videos about her rallies and Trump’s rallies while on the 2024 campaign trail.
I remember the masses of people who attended Kamala Harris’ campaign events because she connected with people and gave them hope. In contrast, people left the Trump rallies early because of his rambling, and they were also poorly attended.
It just didn’t make sense to me that the majority of Americans would vote for a convicted felon and adjudicated sexual abuser because “men have to be led by men” instead of for a lifetime civil servant who actually cares about all Americans.
History will show what a mistake it was to give Trump a second term.
Maybe when life gets dark enough for MAGA and Trump’s cuts and cruelty start affecting their families, they will finally see the truth.
Now we all have to pay the price. Imagine another three years of nothing but cruelty, scandal, and corruption.
To The People Of The World
Please know that most Americans are not like Donald Trump and the cowardly Republican Party. We love America. We appreciate how many brave soldiers and human rights advocates have fought for 250 years to honor our Constitution because we value freedom of speech, freedom to protest peacefully, freedom to worship in our chosen faith, freedom to protect our homes, freedom to love who we feel most comfortable with, and free and fair elections to vote for our government leaders. We advocate for liberty and justice for all.
Many know that the diversity of the world’s cultures that came to America is what made our country great.
I always believed that because America welcomes the tired and oppressed, the poor, and those seeking freedom, it has become the wealthiest nation in the world. I think of it as God giving America a thumbs-up for caring about the most vulnerable citizens of the world.
The people I know care about their families and work hard to support their needs. They do not hate immigrants and live peacefully alongside their neighbors and friends.
60% of Americans struggle to pay their bills and live paycheck to paycheck. That is data you might not expect from the wealthiest nation in the world. As my mom always said, “The rich get rich, and the poor get poorer.”
Many of us believe that Trump stole the election from Vice President Kamala Harris. I think one day it will be proven that the 2024 election was rigged in Donald Trump’s favor. After all, he did try to rig the 2020 election. Time will reveal the truth.
Trump is already trying to do away with mail-in voting for the 2026 midterm elections. I will not be surprised if that will be another “emergency issue” for the Supreme Court to decide via the Shadow Docket. Everything is decided with bias in the shadows. What an appropriate name for lack of transparency.
I hope you know that the American people have been coming out in mass to save our democracy and will continue to stand up against the Donald Trump regime of corruption and revenge as long as it takes.
I trust God is on the side of all who stand up for the poor, oppressed, and discriminated against.
